Whitman Faculty and/or Staff who are sponsoring an event on campus:

  • If the sponsor, you will be the contact for all audio visual needs
  • You are required to be at the event, or the rate of support will be that of external events ($50/hr).  There will also be fees for the use of all IMS equipment including; microphone, laptop, projector, etc..
  • You will receive one IMS technician and we will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of your event
  • If you are unsure of what services we provide,  please contact us prior to committing our support to an event at extension 5257

Faculty/Staff hiring searches:

  • Requests for support must be a minimum of two business days when the support needed falls between the hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM and 5 working days after 5:00PM and on weekends
  • Candidate recordings will be made available within 2 days of the conclusion of the recording. 
  • All support for candidates will be charged $25 for set-up, take down and processing of the videos
